It’s a semi basement flat so if that’s not what you are wanting, pls don’t ask for a viewing because this is something we can’t change. But if you love the idea of it and when you visit you would like us to add/take away something, we are open to chatting it through. We really want people who will enjoy being there for a few years and love it as their own. One of the most wonderful things about this flat is the Garden- a little patio space that is quiet and a charming place to spend summer evenings.
The flat layout is perfect for a couple, especially if you are looking for an extra room to WFH . The larger bedroom leads out to the little patio but the back bedroom (still a good size, fitting a double bed) could be a guest room/home office if needed. There’s a galley kitchen and a fabulous sized bathroom (with powerful shower!)
